1. Who we are
These terms apply to every service provided by Solved4You, Avenue Broustin 83, 1083 Ganshoren, Belgique, company number (BCE/KBO) 1044.472.541, VAT BE 1044.472.541 (full identity of the operator in our legal notice) (“we”). Contact: info@solved4you.com.
2. Scope
These terms apply to all quotes, orders and services (websites, platforms, software, apps, support and updates, visual identity) between us and our clients (“you”), whether you act as a business or as a consumer. Different terms only apply if we accept them in writing. Some rules in these terms only apply to consumers; they are marked as such.
3. Quotes and orders
- Every project starts with a written quote describing the work, the price, the timing and the number of revision rounds.
- A quote is valid for 30 days.
- The contract is formed when you accept the quote in writing (signature or email) and, where applicable, pay the deposit.
- Prices shown on the website are starting prices for a standard scope. Only the quote is binding.
4. Prices and payment
- Prices are in euros. Small business under the special VAT exemption scheme – VAT not applicable.
- A deposit of 30% is invoiced when the quote is accepted. The balance is invoiced at delivery, before the website goes live.
- Invoices are payable within 14 days.
- For businesses: late payments bear interest under the Belgian Act of 2 August 2002 on late payment in commercial transactions, plus a fixed compensation of €40 for recovery costs.
- For consumers: after a free first reminder, late payments may bear interest at the legal rate and a limited compensation, within the limits of Book XIX of the Code of Economic Law.
5. Your cooperation
You provide the texts, images, logos and access we need, on time. You confirm that you have the right to use everything you give us (texts, photos, logos, brand names) and you protect us against claims from third parties about that content. Delays in providing content may move the delivery date.
6. Revisions and changes
The quote includes 2 rounds of revisions. Additional changes, or changes to the agreed scope, are quoted or billed separately at €40 per hour.
7. Delivery and acceptance
We deliver a preview of the work. You have 7 days to report any non-conformity. Without a reply in that time, or once the website is put online at your request, the work is considered accepted.
8. Intellectual property
- Once the full price is paid, you receive the rights to use, modify and publish the website and the content created specifically for you.
- We keep the rights to our general tools, code libraries and know-how, which you may use as part of your website.
- Open-source components remain under their own licence.
- Unless you tell us otherwise in writing, we may mention the project (name and a screenshot) in our portfolio, without any confidential information.
9. Support and updates
After launch, support and updates (fixes, small changes, new features, questions) are provided on request and are quoted or billed per request, unless a separate support agreement says otherwise. Hosting, domain names and third-party services (payment, booking, email) are subject to their providers’ own terms.
10. Liability
- We perform our services with care, under an obligation of means (best efforts).
- We are not liable for indirect damage (loss of profit, data or clients), for problems caused by third-party services, or for misuse of the website.
- For businesses: our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the service concerned.
- Nothing in these terms limits our liability for fraud, intentional fault, or in any case where the law does not allow it, including towards consumers.
11. Right of withdrawal (consumers only)
If you are a consumer and the contract is concluded at a distance (online, by email or phone), you have the right to withdraw within 14 days from the day the contract is concluded, without giving a reason.
To exercise it, send us a clear statement (for example by email to info@solved4you.com), using the model form below if you wish. We refund all payments within 14 days, using the same means of payment.
Exceptions and service started early:
- If you expressly ask us to start the work during the withdrawal period, you pay an amount in proportion to what has been done until you tell us you withdraw.
- You lose the right of withdrawal once the service has been fully performed, if the work started with your express prior consent and your acknowledgement that you would lose this right.

12. Personal data
We handle your personal data as described in our privacy policy.
13. Complaints, applicable law and courts
- Please send any complaint to info@solved4you.com. We answer within 5 working days.
- Consumers can also contact the Consumer Mediation Service, North Gate II, Boulevard du Roi Albert II 8, 1000 Brussels — www.mediationconsommateur.be.
- These terms are governed by Belgian law.
- For businesses, the courts of Bruxelles have exclusive jurisdiction. Consumers keep the right to go to the courts provided by law.
14. Final provisions
If a clause is invalid, the other clauses remain applicable. We may update these terms; the version accepted with your quote applies to your project.
