3. Who processes data for us
We use the following service providers (processors), each bound by a data processing agreement:
- Cloudflare, Inc. (United States): hosting, security, the anti-spam check (Turnstile) and privacy-friendly visit statistics without cookies.
- Resend — Resend, Inc. (United States): delivery of form emails.
- OVH SAS (France): our mailbox.
- Calendly LLC (United States): booking calls, only if you choose to open the calendar.
- Dolibarr (invoicing software): invoicing, during a project.
4. Transfers outside the European Union
Some providers are based in the United States. Transfers rely on the EU–US Data Privacy Framework where the provider is certified, or on the European Commission’s Standard Contractual Clauses.
5. Cookies and local storage
Details in our cookie policy.
- We do not use tracking or advertising cookies. Our visit statistics (Cloudflare Web Analytics) work without cookies and without identifying you.
- Your browser’s local storage keeps, on your device only: your light/dark mode choice, your language, and a draft of the brief while you fill it in (never your logo). You can delete the draft at any time with the “Clear my draft” button, or by clearing your browser data.
- The booking calendar from Calendly only loads when you click to open it. Calendly may then set its own cookies; see Calendly’s privacy policy.
- The anti-spam check (Cloudflare Turnstile) does not use cookies for tracking.
6. Your rights
You can ask to access, correct or delete your data, to restrict or object to its processing, and to receive it in a portable format. Write to info@solved4you.com. We answer within one month. We may ask you to confirm your identity.
If you think your data is not handled correctly, you can file a complaint with the Belgian Data Protection Authority (Autorité de protection des données / Gegevensbeschermingsautoriteit), Rue de la Presse 35, 1000 Brussels — www.dataprotectionauthority.be.
7. Security
The site is served only over HTTPS, forms are checked on the server, protected against spam and abuse, and files are checked before being sent to us. Uploaded logos are never published online. Access to our mailbox and tools is protected by strong passwords and two-factor authentication.
8. Changes
We may update this policy. The date at the top of this page shows the latest version.
